Today we started by creating our Lego Build Cards using the Pic Kids app. Students downloaded their pictures from Google Drive and added them to Pic Kids (aka the kid-friendly version of Pic Collage). Then students added a title, their names and their own creativity, while still remaining user-friendly. Great job of collaboration between partners!
Second, students found a favorite book from the Parkway Library their next challenge: a book recommendation. They created a visual for their background. This might include a picture of the cover of the book and their favorite picture or pictures from inside the book. WIth more than one image to share, students used their newfound knowledge of Pic Kids to bring the images together into one photo for their background. Next week, students will use green screen to create their book recommendations and share them with Parkway.
